Donna Kalikow

Donna R. Kalikow Donna R. Kalikow has been the Executive Director of the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School since February 2007 and at HKS since 2003. At the center, she established and emphasizes these pillars of excellence; Research, Teaching, Leadership Development, Fellowships, and Leadership and Social Change. She is responsible for overseeing the National Leadership Index: A Study of Confidence in Leadership, the Latino Leadership Initiative, the Veterans Tribute: Honoring those Students Who Have Served, and the Gleitsman Social Change Film Forum.

Before working at the center, Donna was elected to four terms (1992 to 2003) on the Board of Selectmen in the Town of Brookline, spending three of those years as Chairman of the Board. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of private sector experience. She has numerous years of nonprofit experience with the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston and other boards. She currently serves on the Committee on Town Organization and Structure for Brookline.
